How we look after your details

In plain words: what we keep when you write to us or book a session, how we keep it safe, and what you can ask of us.

Our promise

Your details are used for one thing: to talk with you about your practice. Only our team sees them. We never sell them, and we never share them for anyone else’s marketing.

We follow the laws of Bangladesh on personal information and privacy.

What we keep

What you tell us: your name, your specialty, your WhatsApp or phone number, your email if you give it, the time you pick for a session, and anything else you choose to write.

If you write to us through one of our forms on Facebook or Instagram, we receive what you wrote there in the same way.

We also note how you found us, such as an advert or a link, so we know which of our messages are useful to doctors.

How we keep it safe

Your details are kept in secure systems, and only the people on our team who need them can open them. Our own team looks after their security.

Cookies

Like most websites, ours uses small files called cookies to count visits and to see which of our adverts are useful. You can turn them off in your browser at any time, and the website still works.

When you reach us through one of our adverts, the advertising service receives only a coded signal that a form was sent. It never receives your message.

How long we keep it

While we are in touch with you, and after that until you ask us to delete it, unless the law requires us to keep a record.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Just write to us, and we will do it.

About patient information

Our forms are only for talking about your practice, so there is no need to share any patient’s details with us.
