Our work

The work behind our promises

Real work our team members did before iDEO, for companies in the UK, Canada, the UAE and beyond. Each story shows what was wrong, what our team did, step by step, and what changed.

The stories, in four steps

01

Growth and performance marketing

“Will more patients find me, and call?”

Yes. We measure what counts: clicks, calls and enquiries. Our team has moved a business up Google and won back a hacked website’s visitors.

02

AI integration

“Will patients who ask ChatGPT find me?”

They can, when everything AI tools read about you is clear and correct. Here is how we set that up for a practice.

  • Example

03

Business intelligence and automation

“Can bookings run on their own, and show me what works?”

Yes. Bookings, confirmations and reminders run on their own in one patient management system, and one simple count shows where your patients come from. Here is how we set it up.

  • Example

GTA Easy Appliance RepairHome appliance repair · Toronto, Canada

From page 4 of Google to page 2, in three months.

  1. What was wrong

When a fridge or a washer breaks, people in Toronto search and call one of the first names they see. This business was on page 4, where almost nobody looks.

  2. 1 · Research

Found the exact words people search when an appliance breaks, service by service and area by area.

  3. 2 · Rebuild

Rebuilt the website around those searches, with a clear page for each.

  4. 3 · Tune

Fixed what kept Google from reading the site, so it could tell what the business does, and where.

  5. What changedThree months later

    13×

Found when patients ask AIHow we set it up for a practice

Ready for the patients who ask ChatGPT instead of searching.

Why our own example? So you can see it as it would happen for you. A patient asks ChatGPT about a doctor for their problem, the answer is built from what is written online, and when your details are clear and the same everywhere, the answer can point to you. Every practice starts from a different place, so we show the method itself, step by step, exactly as we would set it up for you.

  1. The usual problem

More patients now ask ChatGPT, or read Google’s AI answers, before they choose a doctor. Those answers are built from what is written about you online, and for most doctors it is thin, old or different from place to place.

  2. 1 · Ask

We ask ChatGPT and Google’s AI the questions your patients ask, and note what they say about you today.

  3. 2 · Match

We make your name, degrees, chambers, hours and fees the same on your website, your Google listing and the directories.

  4. 3 · Explain

We write clear pages on the conditions you treat, inside the BMDC code, for these answers to draw on.

  5. 4 · Check

Every month we ask again, and fix whatever is wrong or missing.

  6. What changes

    ChatGPT

and Google’s AI answers, reading the right things about you

When a patient asks an AI tool about doctors like you, what it reads about you is clear, correct and comes from sources you control.

What it means for youNo one can promise what an AI tool will say. What we can do is make sure that everything it reads about you is right, and the same everywhere.

Bookings and reminders that run themselvesHow we set it up for a practice

Booking, confirming and reminding, done for your staff.

Why our own example? So you can see it the way your patients would live it. A patient picks a day and an hour on your website, the booking lands in one place, a reminder reaches them before the visit, and each month you see where new patients came from. You can try the first step right here: picking a day and an hour on this site is how your patients would book with you.

  1. The usual problem

In most chambers, every booking is a phone call, and every reminder needs someone to remember it. Calls are missed, serials get mixed up, and patients forget their follow-ups.

  2. 1 · One system

A patient management system for your chamber: every booking, serial and follow-up in one place, away from your personal phone.

  3. 2 · Booking

Patients book on your website at any hour, and every booking arrives in that system with their name, the day and the reason.

  4. 3 · Reminders

A reminder goes out on its own before each appointment and each follow-up.

  5. 4 · Your numbers

One simple monthly count, in your dashboard, shows where new patients came from.

  6. What changes

    On its own

bookings, confirmations and reminders, every day

Patients book in a minute, get their confirmation straight away and are reminded before they are due, while your staff look after the patients in front of them.

What it means for youIt runs every day, even on your busiest evenings. We set it up and check it each month, and the patient list stays yours.
